TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ORGONIKA VITAL

Welcome to Orgonika Vital. These conditions govern the use of our online store and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Site Activity

Orgonika Vital sells handmade products, especially orgonite pendants with sacred geometry, made with selected resin, metals, and minerals.

All our products are physical; we do not provide online services or sessions from this website.

3. Handmade Nature of the Product

Each piece is unique, handcrafted with natural materials.
Due to its artistic and artisanal process, some pieces may present:

  • small bubbles

  • slight textures

  • subtle rough spots

  • color or shape variations

These characteristics are not considered defects, but a natural part of craftsmanship.

4. Purchase Process

To place an order you must:

  1. Select the products.

  2. Add them to the cart.

  3. Complete the form with your information.

  4. Make payment using the available methods.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Bizum

  • Bank transfer

The order is processed only when payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping

We currently ship only to Spain.

  • Order preparation: 24 hours

  • Shipping time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping company: Correos

  • Each shipment includes a tracking number

7. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Given that our pieces are handmade and unique, we do NOT accept returns under any circumstances.

Exceptions will only be made if the product arrives damaged during shipping, provided the customer provides proof (photos of the package, the product, and the damage within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving it).

In case of confirmed damage, we will send a new similar piece or manage a partial or full refund as appropriate.

8. Warranty

Our products have their own artisanal standard.
We guarantee that:

  • they are made with authentic materials

  • they are not imitations

  • they fulfill their energetic and esoteric function

  • they are manufactured with over 5 years of experience in orgonites shipped worldwide

However, the energetic function cannot guarantee specific results, as it depends on each person and their process.

9. Limitation of Liability

Orgonika Vital products have an energetic and spiritual purpose, but do not replace any medical, psychological, or professional treatment.

We are not responsible for improper use of the product or interpretations of its energetic effect.

10. Intellectual Property

All images, photographs, texts, designs, orgonites, and website content are the property of Orgonika Vital.

Copying, reproducing, or using the content without prior authorization is not permitted.
Customers may share images of the products on social media, always mentioning the brand.
